Wu-Feng Farmers' Association Distillery

Wu-Feng Farmer's Association Distillery(霧峰)
Wu-Feng Farmer's Association Distillery(霧峰)

Wu-Feng Farmers' Association Distillery is Taiwan's first Japanese-style aesthetic cellar. It has transformed and revitalized the vacant Wanfeng Old Granary, which exudes a simple, serene, and elegant Japanese atmosphere. It not only perfectly integrates the culture of fragrant rice with the flavor of sake but also preserves precious local rural cultural assets such as the old rice husking machine and rice milling machine. The winery serves as a place for experiencing agriculture, culture, education, and wine appreciation. The meticulously brewed “Tzu-Wu Ginjo Sake” is currently the only Taiwanese product that meets the quality and grading requirements of Japanese sake. They selects the specially cultivated “Yi Quan Fragrant Rice” from the Wufeng area and uses the purest Puli Mountain Spring water, resulting in Taiwan's most representative sake. Upon tasting, it gradually releases a multi-layered aroma of fruit, rice, and flowers, displaying an exquisite and colorless beauty. It is a deeply moving sake that represents Taiwan's uniqueness. Every drop of Chu Wu sake emanates the rich and mellow characteristics of Wufeng fragrant rice, and every sip carries the essence of the brewing process, evoking a deep sense of passion and dedication.

The winery's “Lychee Honey Wine,” “Junmai Daiginjo Sake,” and “Tzu-Wu Ginjo Sake” have achieved remarkable results in international wine competitions, challenging renowned wines from England, Germany, Belgium, France, and other countries. They have won numerous gold and silver awards.
