Sweet Charm Farm Winery is situated between Dongshi district, known as the “Kingdom of Taiwanese Pear,” and Zhuolan, the land of grapes. In the early days, transportation relied mainly on manpower. After traversing the undulating mountain roads, many merchants and travelers would like to rest here. As a result, Sweet Charm has won a name for “the first stop into the mountains.” However, as time passed, the footprints of people on the old mountain road gradually became overgrown with weeds, and Sweet Charm also shed its former bustling appearance.

In order to produce high-quality wines, the winery spares no effort in seeking out sweet and plump fruits of high quality. They insist on using traditional and local Hakka brewing techniques to craft rich and mellow wines. When tasting the wines, one can experience the enchanting fragrance of the fruits and the down-to-earth strength of the Hakka craftsmanship. The winery has also embraced a “New Fun” by developing “Personalized DIY Commemorative Wines.” These wines combine various flowers and herbs with the famous Taiwanese liquor “Erguotou,” and even the wine bottles themselves are creatively designed, breaking away from the typical perception of “wine.”
