1. By Public Transportation
(1) Taiwan Railways:
Disembark at Fengyuan Station. Walk south along Zhongzheng Road, turn left at the intersection with Bo’ai Street, then turn left again onto Yangming Street. Walk approximately 220 meters to reach the Taichung City Government’s Yangming Building. The Agriculture Bureau is located on the 5th floor. (Search for Taiwan Railways timetables)
(2) Taiwan High Speed Rail:
Disembark at THSR Taichung Station (Wuri District), then transfer to Taiwan Railways at Xinwuri Station and disembark at Fengyuan Station. (Search for THSR timetables)
(3) Bus:

2. By Car
(1) Sun Yat-Sen Freeway (National Freeway No. 1):
Exit at Fengyuan Interchange and head toward Fengyuan. Drive along Zhongzheng Road (approx. 2.5 km). At the intersection with Xinyi Street, turn right and continue about 400 meters to the Bo’ai Street and Yangming Street fork. Turn left onto Yangming Street and drive (approx. 220 meters) to reach the Taichung City Government’s Yangming Building. The Agriculture Bureau is located on the 5th floor.
(2) Formosa Freeway (National Freeway No. 3):
Drive onto National Freeway No. 4 at the Taichung System Interchange, heading toward Fengyuan and Dongshi. Exit at Sanfeng Road, turn right onto Sanfeng Road (approx. 2.1 km), continue onto Fengzhong Road, turn right onto Zhongzheng Road, then turn left onto Bo’ai Street. Drive about 400 meters to the Bo’ai Street and Yangming Street fork, then turn left onto Yangming Street (approx. 220 meters) to reach the Taichung City Government’s Yangming Building. The Agriculture Bureau is located on the 5th floor.
(3) National Freeway No. 4:
Exit at Sanfeng Road, turn right onto Sanfeng Road (approx. 2.1 km), continue onto Fengzhong Road, turn right onto Zhongzheng Road, then left onto Bo’ai Street. Drive about 400 meters to the Bo’ai Street and Yangming Street fork, then turn left onto Yangming Street (approx. 220 meters) to reach the Taichung City Government’s Yangming Building. The Agriculture Bureau is located on the 5th floor.
(4) Parking Information
a. B1 Parking Lot at Yangming Building (NT$10 per half hour)
b. Ground-Level Parking Lot at Yangming Building (Tiered pricing; free for the first 30 minutes)
c. Taichung City Government Second Parking Lot (NT$20 per hour) (From eastbound Yangming Street, turn right at the intersection with Ziqiang South Street and drive approximately 100 meters to reach the lot.)
